On this page, you'll find everything you need to know about your order, delivery and pickup.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING OUR DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ON THIS SITE, OR WITH OUR SALES TEAM.
Orders can be made online or at our showroom at 22 Zacara Court, Deer Park Vic 3023.
Orders made online can be:
- Picked at our showroom at 22 Zacara Court, Deer Park Vic 3023 or
- Directly delivered to your door where the carriers will deliver to.
For some remote or regional areas where delivery terminates at the nearest service centre or storage facility, customers must arrange to have their goods collected at their own cost.
- We also deliver to Po Boxes.
Please note some larger items cannot be delivered to PO Box due to their size, we will notify you if a street postal address is required.
Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 3 business days of receiving full payment for the order during ordinary operating business times, exceptions may occur around busy periods such as Christmas and New Year.
All items per order will be shipped together unless arranged otherwise with the sales team.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified when it is available for delivery or pick-up.
Please note some areas may incur an additional shipping fee, we will notify you if this is the case before your order is dispatched for confirmation.
- Standard Delivery – Expected to deliver within 1 – 7 business days after the order is shipped. Interstate and Regional areas orders should allow up to 14 business for delivery from day of shipping.
Please note the above delivery timeframes are only an estimate and can vary according to your selected delivery address.
What’s next after you make an order?
Shipping confirmation
Once you’ve placed an order online:
- You will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Please ensure that your delivery address and the items in the order are correct.
- If you wish to make any changes before the order is despatched, you can contact our sales team at sales@glamourmakeupmirrors.com.au or call us on 03 9034 5280.
- Changes to the order made after despatch may incur additional costs depending on the nature of change required.
- Orders are usually despatched within 1 – 3 business days of receiving full payment for the order
- Please note some areas may incur an additional shipping fee, we will notify you if this is the case before your order is dispatched for confirmation.
Shipping notification
Once your order has been despatched:
- You will receive a notification email with your tracking details and a direct link to the carrier’s website to assist you in tracking your delivery
- Please allow 24 – 48 hours until tracking information are updated on the carrier’s website.
- Delivery will take 1-7 business days after the order has shipped.
All delivery lead times are estimated and cover only the metropolitan areas. Major metropolitan areas include: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
Pickup Notification
You can pick up your order anytime during our operating business hours, if an item is out of stock, we will notify you when it is available for pick up.
Pickup Reminder
We'll send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up.
Pick-up
If you select “Free-in store pick-up” at checkout, you can pick up your order anytime Monday – Friday 9 am to 4:30 pm at 22 Zacara Court, Deer Park VIC 3023
If you wish to have your order collected by a third party carrier, you must notify us with the name of the Carrier Company and the pick-up time.
Please note, if you choose this option, you will solely be reliable for loss or damage of any items within your order.
What time will my order be delivered?
Glamour Makeup Mirrors cannot advise the exact time when the order will be delivered and cannot make a call prior to delivery. Carriers including Australia Post usually deliver between 7am and 5 pm business days.
You can check the estimated delivery date and the latest status of your order using your tracking details provided in your shipping notification email.
Can I have my order delivered to a specific address?
For your convenience, you can choose to have your order delivered to an address of your choice. If you choose to have your order delivered to a workplace address, please include the company name to make it easier for carriers to identify the delivery address.
- If you choose to have your order delivered to the address of a family member or a friend, please ensure that they are aware that your order will be delivered to their address and to accept it upon delivery, otherwise it may be returned back to us.
Change of Address
You can change your delivery address up until before the order is despatched. Any changes made after the order has been despatched may incur additional charges set by the carrier. You will be liable for to cover these additional charges.
Accessibility
Delivery carriers may need certain access for the delivery address for a large vehicle. If access is not available, alternative arrangements need to be made. Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery will be passed onto the customer.
Signature on Delivery
You can request:
- Authority to leave, the carrier will leave the item/s in a safe place on the premises if no one is home to accept it
- If you have not requested Authority to Leave, the carrier may leave a card at home for collection from a specified collection centre
You can also request Authority to leave at time of your checkout on our website and if you have any specific instructions for delivery, you can send us an email at sales@glamourmakeupmirrors.com.au and we will pass them onto the carriers.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
Lost items
In case of any problems with your delivery, Glamour Makeup Mirrors will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
Damaged items
All items must be inspected upon receiving them. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, delivery can be refused and must be marked on the carrier’s records. Do not discard packaging material and damaged parts as they may need to be inspected by the transport company.
All damages must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You must include photo evidence of the damages.
All original packaging must be retained for damaged goods as the transport company may wish to inspect this. If we do decide to collect any damaged items, we also require any collections of damaged goods to be in the original packaging without exceptions.
Please also note: we reserve the right to not collect damaged goods. We will in accordance with our terms and conditions replace damaged items. The customer agrees to be bound by these delivery conditions upon placement of order by any method.
In the event of reported damages in accordance with our terms and conditions, and provided we accept to collect the damaged goods, we will arrange a carrier collection on a date to suit you; this has to be a business day. Important: Please note that once the goods are signed for the buyer takes full responsibility of the goods.
All deliveries will be made during office hours only, no weekend or after hours deliveries can be made. We do not deliver on public holidays.
Returns & Refunds
Return items
If you are not satisfied with the condition of the mirror, we will gladly exchange or offer a full refund within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Items must be returned in new condition including packaging and accessories
If you simply change your mind about the product, we will gladly exchange or offer a full refund within 48 hours of receiving your order where the following conditions apply:
- 15% restocking fee for non defective product returns
- All return shipping fees must be paid by the customer
- Items must be adequately packaged, preferably in original packaging
If the product is required to be returned for repair we recommend all packing be kept for the purpose for transporting and reducing the risk of damage to the product. Packing and returning the item in a manner that will not damage the product is the responsibility of the sender. Additional packaging material or replacement packaging material is not the responsibility of Glamour Makeup Mirrors.
Please note: we reserve the right to refuse cancellation/refund of any order if:
- Parts and accessories are missing
- Items are not adequately and securely packaged
You are under the duty to retain items and take reasonable care of them while in your possession.
Warranty
We offer a 2 – year warranty on our Glamour Makeup Mirrors – Lumiere collection (for all purchases made as of 4th April 2018), excluding the Lucia and a 1 – year warranty LED Ring Lights, LED magnifying mirrors and vanity tables. We also offer a 1 – year warranty on all acrylic organisers. All warranty applies from the date of dispatch of your order.
At the time of your purchase, you have the option of purchasing an extended warranty on Glamour Makeup Mirrors – Lumiere collection for an additional year on top of the two year warranty we offer.
The warranty and extended warranty covers repair, replacement and replacement of parts. We will inspect the damage or fault in your item/s and determine a repair or replacement option.
The warranty is given for the benefit of the original purchasing customer and is not transferable to any third party.

The above warranty shall not apply in respect of:
- Any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage; negligence; failure to follow Glamour Makeup Mirrors’ instructions (whether oral or in writing); alteration or modification of the goods; premature failure caused by poor cleaning and/or maintenance; damage caused during return transit to the us; incorrect repair of the Goods.
- Electrical or electronic components: damage caused by exposure to high voltages; static damage; damage caused by mishandling components; repairs made by an unqualified person.
- Goods which have been continued to be used by the customer after any failure or defects of the goods first became apparent
- Any failure or defect of the goods which was apparent upon receipt of by the customer which has not been notified to Glamour Makeup Mirrors in accordance with our terms and conditions
- Any direct or indirect consequential liability, (whether for loss of profit, goodwill, business revenue or otherwise) loss, injury or damage (other than death or personal injury) arising through any such failure or defect.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPORT DUTY, VAT, OR OTHER TAXES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
New Zealand Customers with shipping addresses outside of Australia are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
