How to purchase on this website?
Once you’re done shopping, you may view your items you have added to your cart by clicking “shopping cart” button on the menu bar at the top of any page.
You may adjust quantities by adjusting the minus and plus button. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart.
Follow the prompts through until your order is complete.

Do you have a showroom to view your products?
We have products on display. All showroom appointments need to be scheduled with our customer service team.
Do you sell any products in the showroom?
All of our products can be purchased through our website or in the showroom.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At House of Glam, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Afterpay, Paypal, Zippay, Applepay and Google pay.
Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
Yes! Our site employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information and help make sure shopping is safe. In any instance where you suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company, many of which now provide online guarantee.
Can I make a change to an existing order?
Yes, you may make changes to your order up until your order has begun being processed. Once your order has been shipped, we can’t make order modifications. Please contact info@houseofglam.com.au with your order modifications.
Where's my confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you have may have entered your email address incorrectly. Your confirmation email also may have gone to spam in your email.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up until your order has begun being processed. Please contact our customer support team by emailing info@houseofglam.com.au. We will send an email confirming the order cancellation.
Can I order by phone, email or fax?
To protect your security, we only accept orders online. To place an order please use the shopping cart on our website - our friendly staff can chat to you via our live chat feature.
How do I use a promotional/discount code?
Once you have finished shopping, click on your cart and check out. Click show order summary and there will be a box with “Gift card or discount code”. Enter your code into this section and click apply. The discount will then be applied to your order and can be finished as usual.
What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Our website contains a feature that removes out-of-stock items from the online store, however on the rare occasion it does happen, you will be notified straight away from our customer service team.
What If I am ordering and there is an error in the checkout?
If you have any Technical Issues whilst using the site, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you immediately.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of GST.

Do you offer mirror hire?
Yes, please email our customer service team at info@houseofglam.com.au.
Do you offer custom made mirrors?
We offer custom made mirrors to your specific dimensions. Please send us an email to info@houseofglam.com.au to discuss your specific requirements.
Do you offer lay-by on your products?
We do not offer lay-buy on products, but we offer Zip Pay and After Pay.
I want to have my order gift wrapped. How do I arrange this?
Due to the bulkiness of our products, gift wrapping is not possible
How many globes do the mirrors have?
Each mirror has a different number of globes, this information is provided once you click on the product specification.
Do all mirrors have USB ports and powerpoint?
Our mirrors vary in features. While USB ports and powerpoints are standard across most of the range. Please check the specification of the mirror to see if USB ports and powerpoints are included.
What is the warranty period on the products?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products from 01/09/22. Prior, orders are covered under a 12-month warranty.
Can the mirrors be mounted on the wall?
While the majority of our mirrors come with wall mounts as standard, please check the product specification to see if it can be wall mounted.
What type of lights do the mirrors come with?
Our mirrors have cool white LED globes to simulate natural light.
How long do the LED lights last for?
The LEDs are designed to last for a minimum of 50,000 operational hours.
Can the LED light bulbs be replaced?
Yes, The LED light bulbs can be replaced. They are not on our website, contact us on info@houseofglam.com.au to purchase.
Can LED light bulbs be purchased from anywhere?
We advise to purchase replacement light bulbs directly from us to ensure you receive a consistent temperature in all the globes. Some light bulbs not purchased from us may not be compatible with our mirrors and may in turn cause flickering in the lights or cause other internal component failures.
Do the mirrors come with the light bulbs or do They need to be purchased separately?
All mirrors come with the necessary number of light bulbs.
How can the mirrors be cleaned?
The mirrors are easily cleaned using a microfibre cloth; you can also use glass cleaner.
Do you offer installation for the mirrors?
No, we do not offer installation of the mirrors, but if you have any issues with installation, you can contact our customer support team.
