How to purchase on this website?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "Shopping cart" button on the menu bar at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page.
Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of items. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "checkout" button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will have the option to click on "register" to sign-up for a new account or purchase as a guest. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.
Please note that an email address is required for all orders placed on glamourmakeupmirrors.com.au. You will then be instructed through the steps of adding shipping details, billing information and choosing a payment method. Once the order is reviewed and completed, an order number will be issued on the screen. An order confirmation email will also be sent to your email address straight after the order is finalised. A shipping confirmation email will be emailed once the order has been shipped. An estimated shipping date will be supplied in this email, along with a tracking number for your reference.

All of our products can be purchased through our website or in the showroom
What forms of payment do you accept?
Glamour Makeup Mirrors is proud to accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. We also accept PayPal as major forms of payment. We also accept payment via ZipPay (Buy now pay later) and Afterpay
Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
Yes, shopping at Glamour Makeup Mirrors is safe. Our site employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information and help make sure that only you and Glamour makeup Mirrors ever see it. In any instance where you suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company, many of which now provide online guarantee. Glamourmakeupmirrors.com.au will never ask for your credit cards pin number during the checkout process.
Can I make a change to an existing order?
Sure. You may make changes to your order up until your order has begun being processed. Please contact us by email on sales@glamourmakeupmirrors.com.au with the order modifications you would like. Please note that not all changes can be guaranteed as the order may be too far into the shipping process. Ensuring that your order is correct in the Review & Buy section of the site is always the best policy to save any disappointment at a later date. If your modification cannot be made, please remember that our returns policy is friendly and flexible, so most changes can be made after the order is received.
Where's my confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from sales@glamourmakeupmirrors.com.au. Please contact us by email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up until your order has begun being processed. Please contact our Customer Support Team by email. We will send an email confirming the order cancellation.
Can I order by phone, email or fax?
To protect your security, we only accept orders online. To place an order please use the shopping cart on our website - our friendly staff will be happy to help you out by phone or our live chat feature.
How do I use a promotional/discount code?
To use the discount code you have to enter it into the checkout of your order. After you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag. Underneath the items added is a "Discount / Coupon Code" input. Enter your Code into this section and Click Apply. The discount will then be applied to your order and can be finished as usual.
Please note: Promotional / Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Our website contains a feature that removes out-of-stock items from the online store, but occasionally an item sells out within the minute you may order. We sometimes offer a pre-order on selected products. If an item on your order is sold out, we will ship all the items in your order together once all the products become available again. We will endeavour to keep you informed and updated about the status of your order.
What if my credit card shows multiple charges?
We are restricted from charging your credit card more than one time. However if you see multiple charges on your credit card then you either:
a) had to submit your order more than one time due to address verification problems or
b) upgraded your shipping. When you place your order we receive the charges for the amount of your order.
Please contact our Customer Support Team if the charge needs to be removed and we can assist.
What If I am ordering and there is an error in the checkout?

Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of GST
What currency are Glamour Makeup Mirrors prices displayed in?
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.
Do you offer mirror hire?
We offer our glamour makeup mirrors for event hiring. Please contact us for further details.
Do you offer custom made mirrors?
We offer custom made mirrors to your specific dimensions. We do not custom make mirrors without LED lights. Please send us an email to sales@glamourmakeupmirrors.com.au to discuss your specific requirements
Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
If you wish to become a stockist of our products, please fill in the wholesale expression of interest form as detailed as possible and member of the support team will contact you
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs differ for different products and states. Regional areas may incur further charges. You will be informed prior to shipping if you are happy to proceed, we will send you an invoice with the shipping fee difference.
Do you offer lay-by on your products?
We do not offer lay-by on products but we offer Zip-pay option which is buy now, pay later. Please click here for more details.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship orders within Australia and New Zealand
How are products delivered?
Orders are shipped using various couriers, mainly Australia Post. Orders can also be picked up from our warehouse at 22 Zacara Court, Deer Park VIC 3023 anytime during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm
How long does it take for an order to ship?
For Metropolitan VIC, NSW, SA and QLD, delivery is estimated 3-5 business days from date of order. For WA and NT, it could take up to 10 business days
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes, however, some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, we will let you know in advanced if your item cannot be delivered to a PO Boxes
I want to have my order gift wrapped. How do I arrange this?
Due to the bulkiness of our products, gift wrapping is not possible.
How many globes do the mirrors have?
Each mirror has a different number of the globes:
The Alessandra and Valentina: 10 Globes each, 5W, 12V
The Belle of the Ball: 14 Globes, 5W, 12V
The Glamster: 15 Globes, 5W, 12V
Do all mirrors have USB ports and powerpoint?
Our mirrors vary in features. While USB ports and powerpoints are standard across most of the range. Please check the specification of the mirror to see if USB ports and powerpoints are included.
What is the warranty period on the products?
We offer a 2 year warranty on our Glamour Makeup Mirrors – Lumiere collection (for all purchases made as of 4th April 2018), excluding the Lucia and a 1 year warranty LED Ring Lights, LED magnifying mirrors and vanity tables. We also offer a 1 year warranty on all acrylic organisers. All warranty applies from the date of dispatch of your order.
How are the mirrors powered?
The mirrors are powered through a power that connects straight to the main power source.
Can the mirrors be mounted on the wall?
While the majority of our mirrors come with wall mounts as standard, please check the product specification to see if it can be wall mounted.
What type of lights do the mirrors come with?
The mirrors have LED white light globes to simulate the natural light as much as possible
How long do the LED lights last for?
The LED are designed to last for a minimum of 50,000 operational hours
Can the LED light bulbs be replaced?
The LED light bulb can be replaced and purchased in our showroom or by contacting us
Can LED light bulbs be purchased from anywhere?
We advise to purchase replacement light bulbs directly from us to ensure you receive a consistent temperature in all the globes. Some light bulbs not purchased from us may not be compatible with our mirrors and may in turn cause flickering in the lights or cause other internal component failures.
What is the maximum power output from the USB and powepoint ports?
The maximum power output from the USB and powerpoint ports is 10A, 2400 W
What colour are the light bulbs on the mirrors?
All mirrors come with white light bulbs to simulate the natural light as close as possible, the range in Kelvin is 5000-6000
Do the mirrors come with the light bulbs or do they need to be purchased separately?
All mirrors come with the necessary number of light bulbs
How can the mirrors be cleaned?
The mirrors are easily cleaned using a microfibre cloth; you can also use glass cleaner
How are the mirrors mounted on the wall?
Wall materials vary. The accessory fixing kit supplied is suited for solid wall fixing. For timber framed walls, please ensure the accessory is fixed to a noggin/stud behind the wall. Where stud/noggin is not available, please use suitable hollow wall fixing, and ensure fixing used can support the weight of the mirror
Do you offer installation for the mirrors?
No, we do not offer installation of the mirrors, but if you have any issues with installation, you can call us or send us an email and we will assist you in putting your mirror together
